A Soft Beginning: Today, I again Choose to Begin Again. 🌟

There’s something about today.

Not because of the date, or the holiday, or the calendar’s quiet turning…

But because deep within, I feel the whisper:

“You can begin again.”

No matter how long it’s been.

No matter how many detours, pauses, or winters I’ve endured.

Today feels like an invitation—a gentle breath from life itself—to start anew.

New beginnings don’t always come with fireworks.

Sometimes, they arrive in silence., challenges & a profound invitation to choose New.

A quiet shift in the heart. A softer way of seeing.

A moment where the old story loosens its grip, and the new one begins—not with declarations, but with presence.

Today, I don’t need to reinvent everything.

I simply need to open.

To trust the seed beneath the soil.

To say yes to the light returning in me.

I choose to begin again.

With grace.

With reverence.

With no pressure to bloom before it’s time.

Only the willingness to rise, gently, from within.

And perhaps what made this feeling even more sacred was how it aligned—

Just in time for our newly attuned Reiki initiates.

Yesterday, they experienced the powerful truth of self-healing—flowing gently as a quiet current emerging from the tips of their hands, beneath the mind's need to understand, grasp, or define it... Remembering that their touch carries light, and their presence carries restoration.

They received their First Degree, their entry into the living current of Reiki.

What if healing begins not with certainty... but with trust? Can I allow myself to trust the unseen, even when I do not feel it yet? Am I willing to believe that something sacred is happening, even if I can't yet explain it?

Let me tell you....

today, as they begin their self-practice and quiet listening…
