An Invitation Under the Snow Moon — February 1

The Snow Moon on February 1st arrives with a different kind of understanding.

It does not ask us to do more.

It asks us to listen more honestly—

for it is often in the trigger that deeper healing is revealed.

Traditionally, this moon is associated with quiet endurance—not as struggle, but as knowing when to remain present with what has already been set in motion. The landscape may appear still, yet something essential continues beneath the surface.

This is also how service works.

When the body, mind, and spirit are aligned, a simple inner clarity arises about what has been entrusted and what must be tended. In these moments, rest does not disappear—it changes shape. It becomes steadiness. Devotion. Right pacing.

This work has its own intelligence and its own directives.

Its governance is never of my human understanding and yet 

It is entrusted—entrusted to assist in awakening, rising, and healing all that crosses my path.

Awakening, as the moment one begins to hear themselves again.

Rising, as the willingness to meet what has been revealed with honesty and courage.

Healing, not as an outcome to achieve, but as the natural reorganization that follows when truth is no longer resisted. And here then comes a subtle refusal to integrate while ego-self holding on to the old paradigm.  This moment must then serve to your awareness as a guide that healing has to be sustainable.  

I carry this knowing as one carries a lineage—

as if the memory of a star has been etched quietly into the face,

a remembrance older than words.

Some would name it Orion—not as origin to explain, but as a way of honoring the vastness that informs my gaze.

What is asked is a constant devotion, 

a returning again and again for continued integration and practice.

Not everything that is meaningful asks for ritual.

Not everything that is sacred needs to be marked.

Sometimes the work is simply to stay coherent—

to hold a frequency without pulling on it, to remain available without being consumed by the path.

This is the spirit in which I offer my work.

Not as urgency.

Not as possession of time.

But as a quiet agreement to meet depth with integrity, and to hold space in a way that honors both the work and the human beings involved.

I was reminded recently of the wisdom that moves through this work and how the subtle wisdom that is gathered in the teachings that arrive at sessions ripples—that what is shared through wisdom is never contained to a single moment,  And for this, the stewardship must continue.

If you are feeling drawn toward this Snow Moon, you may notice a gentle recalibration already underway—a clearer sense of what is yours to carry, and what is not. That clarity is part of the preparation.

And if, as this Snow Moon settles, you sense that you do not wish to walk this particular stretch alone, know that my work remains available as accompaniment rather than direction.  A support to your path.  

Never to take the work from you,

not to define what must unfold,

but to offer a steady coherent stream in which your own listening can deepen and is sustainable.  

There is never a requirement to continue—only openness and honor to your delays and pauses.  

Some seasons are best met with anchored support and presence, a gentle guidance, and space held with integrity devotion and reverence.

If and when that feels right, you will know.

The work always recognizes its own timing.  And the demand for constant devotion is always high.  

May this words remind you to cultivate and bridge any gap that is coming to your awareness.  

To the coming days.  As we all have been tasked to fulfill some learning I ask openness, devotion, integrity to your own unfolding as I remain steady and humble to serve.  And may you embrace the invitation of the snow moon - continue to cultivate the  unseen growth taking place beneath the frozen surface.  

You do not need all the answers trust that devotion and continuity is enough.
