My Peace to you

I’ve been asked this question countless times —

“Pauline, what is my purpose?”

In so many sessions, this question arrives like a soft ache beneath the words,

as if the soul itself is whispering through them:

Why am I here? What am I meant to do?

And though I’ve spoken around it—guided many toward their own remembering—

I have never answered this question point blank… until now.

Because here is the truth I have come to know:

Your purpose is not something you chase, earn, or stumble upon.

It is not hidden in a career, a title, or a single divine assignment.

It’s simply wrapped inside another question:

“What is important to you?”

What is deeply important to you reveals what your soul values,

and what your soul values is where your purpose lives.

It has never been far away—only waiting for you to listen beneath the noise.

When you pause long enough to feel what matters most,

you begin to notice that your purpose isn’t in the doing,

but in the being.

It isn’t in the reaching, but in the remembering.

Your purpose is not something you chase,

nor is it something you earn through effort.

It is born in the quiet knowing of what you hold sacred.

And to me, what is sacred—what is important—is peace.

Not the shallow peace of avoidance or comfort,

but perfect peace—

the kind that remains untouched even when life sways and the world storms.

Peace that breathes through surrender.

Peace that no longer clenches against the inevitable tide.

Peace that rests not because everything is calm,

but because the soul has remembered it was never at war.

I have learned to pause so deeply,

to breathe so slowly,

that this peace has become a living temple within me.

Peace is not found in what we achieve or control.

It is born the moment we release the need ...

It is the sacred stillness that meets us

when we finally stop trying to perfect the human story

and begin to inhabit the divine one.

And in attaining and cultivating what you find important,

there will always be practices, releases, and embodied ways of returning.  This is why I show and guide as much as you allow.

We are not left without tools.

Peace, purpose, and presence all require tending—

gentle rituals of the heart that remind us again and again

to come back home to what we value most.

This is why I hold space the way I do:

each encounter a mirror,

each session a soft landing for the soul to remember what it already knows—

Unconditional peace is the breath of “I Am”

moving through a soul that has said yes. Unclenched, unbounded., Surrendered.

This is why our mission is never the same.

We may walk beside one another,

our paths reflecting similar truths and familiar lessons,

yet each journey carries its own rhythm,

its own sacred curriculum,

its own way of remembering peace.

Similar, yes—but never the same.

Therefore, when you ask me again,

“What is my purpose?”

I will gently turn the question back toward your own heart:

What is important to you?

Stay there.

Listen there.

That is where peace—and your purpose—will meet you.

I will meet you there too—

in peace,

in breath,

and in the release of all that burdens your body.

Remember your passion and stay in the reality of things.

This week I've been thanked for celebration of a few people I hold space they've seen themselves in a way better celebration of life... And my response was, I thank you for allowing me to show you.

Much love beyond the mind,

— Pauline
