A grounding and supportive session for deeply sensitive individuals navigating emotional overwhelm, heightened awareness, inner intensity, or system overstimulation. Sensitive Soul Alignment sessions are designed to gently support children, teens, and adults who experience the world with deep emotional sensitivity and heightened internal awareness. In a world that can often feel fast, loud, and energetically overwhelming, these sessions offer space to slow down, reconnect inward, and restore steadiness within the body and emotional field. Through grounding practices, calming system support, energetic coherence work, guided reflection, sound integration, and compassionate presence, each session is intuitively guided to help bring greater alignment, emotional balance, inner safety, and connection to self. This offering is not focused on labels or performance, but on helping sensitive souls feel more anchored, clear, regulated, and supported within themselves. Sessions may support: • emotional overwhelm • heightened sensitivity • anxiety or overstimulation • difficulty feeling grounded • emotional intensity • energetic exhaustion • inner disconnection • self-trust and emotional steadiness
Cancellation Policy
Upon checkout, Please understand our office is fully booked, therefore it is very important to keep your appointment. When selecting Manual Payment, Please follow instruction of your selected down payment if down payment is not received within 24hrs, booking schedule will be released due to no deposit. We take our time & your healing journey seriously therefore our office implemented our policy below: For sessions offered on a sliding scale, an email will be sent related to the deposit for your scheduled appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling, notify us within 48hrs prior the appointment or the full visit will be applied on the next appointment. NOTE: deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE Down payments for any sessions or classes or packages are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE for any re-schedule or cancellations. (For emergencies, it will be reviewed., there will only be a 1 time courtesy and will be a case-to-case basis) 60 Min Session/90 Min Session includes a mixture of consultation, spiritual intervention, life coaching & table work depending on what is needed at the appointment.
