Today, Pauline serves as an intuitive guide, energy practitioner, teacher, and steward of a sanctuary devoted to healing, self-discovery, and spiritual development. Her work draws from years of experience in body-centered healing, energy work, contemplative practices, spiritual mentorship, and the quiet wisdom that emerges when one learns to listen deeply—to the body, the heart, and the Divine.

At the foundation of her approach is a simple belief: healing is not something given from one person to another. Rather, each individual carries within them an innate intelligence and capacity for transformation. Pauline’s role is not to provide answers, but to create the conditions in which people can remember their own.

Her Journey to the Sanctuary

In 2017, Pauline’s life took an unexpected turn.

After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and experiencing significant physical challenges that included chronic pain, severe allergies, and asthma requiring both nebulizer treatments and rescue inhalers, she found herself standing at a crossroads.

What initially appeared to be a limitation became an invitation.

Through months of deep inner work, spiritual practice, surrender, and listening to the wisdom emerging from within, she experienced a profound transformation that ultimately resolved her fibromyalgia symptoms and dramatically altered the course of her life.

That experience revealed something that continues to guide her work today:

Healing is not merely the absence of symptoms. It is the restoration of relationship—with ourselves, with our bodies, with our purpose, and with the Divine.

Training & Studies

Pauline’s path has included study within multiple healing traditions, contemplative practices, spiritual teachings, and mystery schools. Her journey has been shaped by years of Divine guidance alongside formal training in ThetaHealing, Reiki Master Teacher studies, hypnotherapy, meditation, spiritual development, and initiatory mystery teachings.

While these modalities have provided valuable frameworks, it is their integration through lived experience that continues to inform the way she serves.

At the center of every study, every practice, and every chapter of her life remains the same guiding thread:

Divine guidance.

It has been the quiet current beneath every transformation, the compass through every season, and the foundation upon which this sanctuary was built.
