1. Energy Exchange & Financial Contribution
• All services, offering, ceremonies, and retreats requires an investment that reflects the depth of spiritual guidance, time, connection and preparation involved.
• A sliding scale is shown for each offerings, allowing for an exchange that honors both accessibility and the value of this sacred healing work.
• Clients who feel called to offer beyond the set exchange are welcome to do so, supporting the expansion of Pauline's work into the collective and the collective energy of transformation.
2. Booking & Non-Refundable Deposit
• Due to high demand and limited availability, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits secure your space and honor the time and energy reserved for your session.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment in a case by case basis.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as time has been reserved exclusively for you.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide as minimum of 4 days notice as possible to allow others the opportunity to book.
4. Additional Ways to Honor Reciprocity
• Energetic Gratitude: Sharing a testimonial, referring others, or supporting this work in a meaningful way is always appreciated.
• Community Contribution: A portion of contributions may go toward offering services to those in need or sustaining the growth of this sacred space.
• Respecting the Sacred Exchange: Clients are asked to approach this work with reverence, understanding that their investment is a commitment to their own spiritual journey.
